No. Each product works as a standalone solution. Most clients start with Aetherix Store and add Analytics or Loyalty as their operation grows. Our pricing is modular — you only pay for what you use.

Yes. Aetherix Store is built with offline resilience at its core. Transactions continue processing even without connectivity, and sync automatically when the connection is restored. There are no lost sales due to network outages.

Aetherix Store and Swift Serve run on standard Android and Windows POS terminals — no proprietary hardware lock-in. AI Vision integrates with most enterprise-grade IP cameras. We also supply and install compatible hardware as part of our implementation service.

Our proven implementation process takes 30 days from signed agreement to go-live. Day 1–5: Discovery and setup. Day 6–14: Build and install. Day 15–21: Training and UAT. Day 22–30: Go-live with hypercare support. Zero rollbacks to date.
